Understanding and Reframing Negative Thoughts: My Way to Help You

​In March’s blog, I focused on the challenge of negative thoughts and provided three tips for women and people of colour to change their inner critic into an inner cheerleader. 
Negative thoughts are particularly close to my heart for several reasons:
  • Personal experience: I’ve faced my own battles with a loud and demanding inner critic and want to help others overcome similar challenges.
  • Common challenge: Many of my clients struggle with negative self-talk.
  • Empathy & concern: I often hear family, friends, and clients express self-doubt with surprising confidence. It’s eye-opening and worrying to see how deeply ingrained these negative beliefs can be.
