With social media and lists such as 30 under 30, it has become even more easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others and finding ourselves wanting or lesser than what we see. It was particularly important to me to provide some tips on how to manage comparing yourself to others, not only because it is something I continue to struggle with but I have also worked with clients for whom these comparisons are crippling.
