This free toolkit is designed to help you understand where those thoughts come from, why they matter, and how you can start changing the way you speak to yourself. It’s not about fixing you. You are not broken. This is about building awareness, gently exploring your patterns, and reconnecting with your confidence. As a Black Caribbean woman living in the UK, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of doubt. That lived experience has shaped the care and intention I bring to this work and to this toolkit.
