In this blog, I want to share two ways that coaching benefits those individuals who work with me. Cultivating self-confidence and assertiveness Women and people of colour often encounter societal pressures and stereotypes that can undermine their confidence and assertiveness. Coaching sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to cultivate these essential traits. In our sessions, we focus on self-awareness & confidence building.
